If you earn a wage or hold cash, you are funding a subsidy you were never told about. Since 2020 the Federal Reserve has gone past printing money to buy government debt. It now buys corporations' bonds outright, setting the floor under every asset price and handing the gains to whoever already owns the assets. The largest subsidy the modern state pays runs to the top, has never appeared on a budget, and was never put to a vote. This ponzi-structure is by design.
